Sylvia W. Kauders established The Sylvia W. and Randle M. Kauders Foundation to support non-profit organizations that contribute to educating, enhancing, and enriching lives. The Foundation makes grants to programs and projects in the areas of Arts & Culture, Civic Engagement, Women's Issues, and Children's Health and Well-being.

The Sylvia W. and Randle M. Kauders Foundation was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on August 10, 2016 and attained tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization from the Internal Revenue Service on March 23, 2017.
